Make a better Demo I loaded the software and was impressed with it's graphical user interface. It was very straight forward in it's setup. However the pc the software was loaded on is dual modem fax pc, and the demo only works with one line. The demo does not allow a second line to be tested so I had to uninstall the product and use a competitors instead. I can't have only one fax line working when customers use both lines at any given time. You might want to think about making the demo so that the users will have full functions during the 30 ...

We are not interested in and do not want to support older versions.2. We are not interested in and do not want to support those who purchased our products before March 1 2007 for free, and finally3. Not user friendly I have had 35 years experience with computers in building, repairing, programming and networking within my office. I downloaded VentaFax because I wanted the phone to answer with voice and take messages or switch to fax reception if a fax sound is detected (like WinFax Pro 8 which is no longer updated and does not work with Vista). Excellent Software You guy's have put together one of the best tools on the market. Keep up the great job, and think of a way to lower the price. :) Hard to setup with mediacom voip. No one wants to give you the sip or server login.

I HAVE THIS I have a version of this software that is licenced for 64 (i think it is(the maximum)) no. of lines, unfortunately the version I have is- proberbly long improved upon (with newer versions etc) and yet is still unimplimented by me, why? Because I am no IT expert and purchased the package around 4-6 years ago (so long ago i'm not sure exactly)and whilst setting up my IVM was simple enough using the package to sequence my OGM'S etc and wavepad to record edit and add background music to those ogms, the support from nch is non existent beyond ...

Does the Job well I paid $169 for this software (small interactive system). There is NOT a $19.95 version, so this website should be corrected. However, the program was a bargain at this price, in that it has replaced an answering service that was costing me $165 per month! This is THE ONLY Voip-capable, multi-mailbox, customizable, call routing interactive voice messaging system I could find on the market. Does it have some bugs? Of course! Not at all what I paid for. Your IVM Telephone Answering Attendant has the voice of Microsoft Sam and there is too many features that a person has to keep paying additional cost for after getting one part which does not work without buying another feature.

Opinion The Download page says $19 but the web site says $360. Quite a difference in price. I had trouble with vendor in past; I lost my paid-up copy of an earlier version of their software. I use a Motorola SM56 Speakerphone Modem with this application. I have tested this application for 8 hours now and have noticed the following:1) I have applied for a registration number 24hrs ago- no number was sent to me yet.2)The average recording file size is about 628KB or 40 sec long. Which is rather useless if the conversation is longer then 40 sec.3)The software does not switch on every time theirs a call. It is set on 'auto answer"4) The 'stop recording after' function has a default of 10000 - DON't change it- other wise the system does not record the phone ...

Another One that Didn`t Work I have an Agere Win Modem with Caller ID capability and DSL service with Qwest. I'd like to be able to see who's calling me when I'm online via DSL. I've downloaded I don't know how many Caller ID programs and thus far not a single one has worked for me while the DSL line is active. They all, including Fonawy, come back with NA as the caller ID. I unistalled Fonawy, as I did the others. I'd pay for one that worked, but none of the free ones or the trial version ones I've tried has worked. If anyone ...

I downloaded this product with the impression that I could use it to record phone calls on my Blackberry.... I could not get it to do that!

Sorry, I uninstalled it when I found out that it was not compatable with Blackberry (Storm). Blackberry owners would really like a program that automatically records and stores outgoing and incoming phone calls, like Palm and Windows have. There are NONE for BB.Please look into developing something.Thanks,
